Your brand. Our mail server.

UserMails is white-label down to the wire: customers see your domains, your dashboard branding, and your product — never us.

Organizations, projects, sub-accounts

An organization holds your team and billing. Projects scope API keys, domains, and send logs — a key from one project can never read another. On white-label plans, sub-accounts give each of your customers their own isolated project under your brand, with per-customer usage rolled up for your invoices.

Your domains, end to end

Sending domains carry your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC — recipients and inbox providers see only you. Tracking domains are yours too, so open/click links never leak a third-party host. White-label plans allow unlimited sending domains.

Branded dashboard

Logo, brand colour, and the “Powered by” toggle live on your organization and apply to the dashboard your customers see. Set them once under Account → Branding.

What white-label does not change

The wire contract is identical for every tenant: same send payloads, same { statusCode, name, message } error envelope, same webhook events and signatures. White-label changes whose name is on the mail — never how the API behaves. Every tenant sends through the mail server we operate; there are no dedicated IPs on any plan. See pricing for the honest limits.
